Suggested Recipes

Honey Mustard Crushed Chicken (This recipe can be done with Pork Chops Too!)
 
Boneless Chicken Breast, trimmed and patted dry.
  Honey Crunch Mustard or Sweet Heat Mustard
  Bread Crumbs
  Vegetable Spray

  Coat chicken with Mustard.
  Dredge chicken in bread crumbs, pressing so that chicken is   evenly coated.
  Place in baking dish that has been sprayed with Vegetable spray.
  Bake at 350 degree's for 30 minutes.

  Sautéed Spinach
 1 lb. Fresh Spinach, cleaned and dried
 3 cloves fresh minced Garlic
 2 TBSP Olive oil
 2 TBSP Sweet Heat Mustard

 Heat oil in large skillet or sauté pan.
 Add garlic and lightly sauté,
 Do not allow the garlic to get too brown or to burn.
 Add spinach.
 Sauté until spinach has wilted.
 Salt to taste. Serve immediately

 Honey Mustard Baked Ham
 Your Favorite Ham or Ham Steak
 Honey Crunch Mustard

 Spread Ham generously with Mustard. Bake at 350 degrees until baked to desired doneness.

 BBQ Sauce
 Mix equal portions of your favorite BBQ Sauce and your Favorite
 
 Provincial Palate Mustard and BBQ away!

 Add to your favorite Salads, Salad Dressings, Sandwiches, Marinades and Sauces. 
 Use as a dip for Pretzels, Cheeses, Bagel Crisps!
